Pure Beverages Industry Company (“PBIC”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with the PBIC Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy sets out how PBIC collects, uses, processes, shares, protects and retains personal data about you, and the choices you have about your (“Personal Data”), in conformance with the Privacy Policy in connection with the Services to be provided by PBIC in the (“Territories”).

Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to PBIC’s provision of services (“Services).

The Privacy Policy applies to information collected:

  • By email, text, and on or from other electronic message platforms between PBIC and the Customer.
  • Through mobile and desktop applications the Customer has download from this website, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between the Customer and this website.
  • Customer Interaction with PBIC advertisements and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be periodically updated by posting a new version on www.purebeverages.com/privacypolicy. In the event that there is a material change to the Privacy Policy, the Customer will be made aware via a notice on the website prior to the change becoming effective.

Collection of Personal Data

PBIC collects personal data from you only where necessary for the fulfilment of the reasonable, legitimate and proper business purposes of PBIC. All collection of personal data is carried out in a fair and lawful manner.

PBIC only collects personal data:

  • that you have voluntarily provided to PBIC or its agents;
  • from your use or supply of Services and/or products provided by or to PBIC or its agents;
  • from your use of PBIC’s websites/applications;
  • where you are the recipient of a shipment delivered by PBIC or its agents;

Children’s Information

One of our priorities is adding protection for children using the internet. We encourage parents to participate in, monitor and guide their online activity. PBIC does not intentionally gather any Personal Information from children under 13 years old.

PBIC follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in PBIC’s possession.

Direct marketing

Any use of your personal data by PBIC for direct marketing or any directly related purposes would be in accordance with the Privacy Policy. PBIC will only use your personal data for direct marketing of the products and services of PBIC and our business partners after we have obtained your consent and you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time.

PBIC may disclose the personal data collected to PBIC subsidiaries and/or group of companies and to PBIC’s business associates that provide courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, logistics and related Services who are involved in the fulfilment of your requests or the Services contracted for.

PBIC may also disclose your personal data with third parties who assist PBIC with its internal functions, such as invoicing and the mailing of account statements, credit reference check, transportation services and information technology services. These third parties are bound to abide by PBIC’s practices and policies relating to the usage, processing and retention of your personal data. Your personal data is only accessible by our own personnel or the personnel of the third parties listed above for the purposes specified above. Our own personnel and the personnel of the third parties will be instructed to observe confidentiality and the terms of this Privacy Policy when accessing your personal data.

Other than in the instances stated herein and for any other legitimate and proper purposes, PBIC will not share, sell, rent, trade and/or disclose your personal data to any other third party unless your consent has been obtained.

PBIC may use third parties to collect and process personal data on behalf of PBIC and according to PBIC instructions. PBIC is not liable for the acts and omissions of these third parties, except as provided by mandatory/applicable law.

PBIC may also disclose your personal data to third parties when PBIC has a reason to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury or interference with PBIC’ rights, property, operations, users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage, or PBIC believes that such disclosure is necessary to protect PBIC rights, combat fraud and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on PBIC. Transfer of personal data outside the Territories

If necessary, PBIC may transfer your personal data to places outside the Territories for carrying out the purposes, or the directly related purposes specified above, for which the personal data was collected, or for storage or processing in relation thereto. Thereafter PBIC deletes all data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe. PBIC does not verify the correctness of personal data.

PBIC have the right to reject your request and will inform you within 10 working days of receiving the request on the rejection and explanation of the rejection. In case your request is incomplete, PBIC will inform you within 10 days to complete your request.

PBIC will need sufficient information from you to establish your identity and to verify your access request, and also to assist us in handling your request. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
